Clients are advised not to take any meals immediately before any Ayurvedic therapy. A light meal may be taken half an hour before treatment. A one-hour wait is recommended after having a full meal before starting the Ayurvedic treatment.
Clients are advised to wear loose and comfortable clothes
Clients should be present at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment
Please leave your valuables at home. The management does not accept any responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought into the Sanctuary.
Reservation is mandatory for all Ayurvedic Treatments
A cancellation notice of at least one day is helpful in reallocating these slots to others who are waiting.

We will try our best to assign an Ayurvedic Therapist of your choice, but this may not always be possible.
